HVAC SEO Pricing & Plans — Published in Full

HVAC SEO pricing published in full: $2,500/mo month-to-month with GEO included, $2,500 websites, AI answering quoted per shop — before any sales call.

Month-to-month — no long contractsPricing publishedHVAC only

Every price we charge, on this page — before you ever book a call.

HVAC Foundry publishes its prices: one month-to-month SEO retainer at $2,500 per month, with GEO — AI-search visibility work — included in it rather than sold as an add-on. Website builds are $2,500 one-time, or $250 per month over twelve months. AI answering is quoted per shop, and the reason is below. No long-term contracts, no "book a call to find out."

01

Why we publish every price

Pricing secrecy in this industry is a sales tactic, and HVAC owners know it — most of the owners we're built for have sat through the "custom quote" call that ends in a 12-month contract. We checked the market directly: among the established HVAC-niche agencies, Hook Agency is the one that publishes real numbers, and we say so plainly on our ranked comparison of HVAC SEO companies. Publishing prices costs us some negotiating room. It buys you the ability to rule us out in ninety seconds — which is exactly the buying experience we'd want.

02

The rate card

Three things, three prices. Retainers are monthly, month-to-month, cancel anytime.

What you're buyingPriceWho it's forWhat's included
HVAC SEO retainer$2,500/mo1-10 truck shops that want an owned pipeline instead of a lead billTechnical fixes, local signals, on-page and content work, review engine — plus GEO/AI-search work and the monthly AI-visibility report, included, not an add-on
Website build$2,500 one-time, or $250/mo over 12 monthsShops whose current site loses the visitor before the callConversion layout, green Core Web Vitals, clean schema, server-rendered so AI engines can read it — and after the twelve months, you own it
AI answering / AI servicesQuoted per shopShops missing calls after hours and mid-job24/7 answering, booking, emergency triage. No published tier, because call volume and after-hours load differ too much between a two-truck shop and a ten-truck one for one number to be honest

There is no tier ladder here, and that is deliberate. A tier ladder mostly exists to make the middle option look reasonable, and it hides which work is actually being done. One retainer means the scope conversation happens against your market instead of against a pricing table. Whatever you buy, the money is buying the same underlying asset: an exclusive-lead pipeline you own rather than rent.

The retainer includes the monthly AI-visibility report: we measure how often AI engines mention your company for the searches that matter in your market, and show you the trend. We measure and report — we do not promise a citation count, for reasons covered honestly in the FAQ below.

Website builds and AI answering

Both are available without a retainer.

  1. Website build — $2,500 one-off. Proven conversion layout, your brand, live in 2-3 weeks, on the same technical floor every build gets.
  2. The same build at $250/mo × 12 — a payment plan, not a lease. At the end of the twelve months the site is yours outright, and it is yours in every practical sense from day one: the domain, the hosting, and every account are registered in your name.
  3. AI answering, standalone — quoted per shop. Every missed call answered, emergencies triaged, appointments booked into your calendar. We won't print a monthly number for it, because the honest quote depends on your call volume and how much of it lands after hours. Send us a month of call logs and the quote comes back with its assumptions written out.

How our pricing compares to the market

Our retainer sits at or below the published market for specialist work — checkable, because every benchmark here was verified at its source in August 2026. Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers found agencies charge $3,209/month on average (freelancers average $1,348.63, and the single most common retainer band across all providers is $501-$1,000/month — which mostly buys part-time freelance hours, not an agency program). In the HVAC niche specifically, DAGMAR Marketing publishes a range of $1,500 to $2,300 a month per physical location for HVAC local SEO, and Hook Agency's published floor is $2,800/month for local SEO — with AEO (their AI-search offering) at $4,000/month standalone, or $2,000/month added to an SEO package. The per-location work those local benchmarks price — GBP management, reviews, citations, service-area pages — is the local SEO layer built into the retainer here.

That last number is our sharpest difference: the market prices AI-search work as a $2,000-$4,000 add-on. Read Hook's own published card: their local SEO floor at $2,800 plus AEO at $2,000 when it's added to an SEO package is $4,800/mo for the comparable bundle, and $6,800/mo if you buy the AEO line standalone. Ours is $2,500 with the AI-search work inside it, because in 2026 selling HVAC SEO without AI-search work is selling half the surface. On builds the same gap shows up: their templated site is $12K split over twelve months, ours is $2,500. For a deeper market-wide cost analysis — what drives quotes up, what a $1,500 vs $3,500 retainer should contain — read our HVAC SEO cost breakdown. And if you're comparing us against a specific agency, start with the Hook Agency alternatives comparison.

Published monthly HVAC SEO prices by publisher, August 2026: HVAC Foundry's $2,500/mo retainer with AI-search work included, against DAGMAR's published $1,500-$2,300 per-location HVAC local SEO range, Hook Agency's $2,800/mo local SEO starting price and its AEO line taking the comparable bundle to $4,800 or $6,800, and Ahrefs' poll of 439 providers averaging $3,209 for agencies and $1,348.63 for freelancers.

How an engagement starts

  1. Strategy call (free, ~30 minutes). Start it through the contact form — that's the live route today, and it reaches us directly. We look at your market and your site on the call. If we're not the right fit — wrong budget stage, or you need something we don't sell — we say so and point you somewhere real.
  2. Written plan and exact price. What we'd do in the first 90 days, what it maps to on the rate card above, and the number — in writing, before you commit.
  3. Month-to-month from day one. Plans run month-to-month. You keep every account, every page, and every report if you leave.

Proof

We publish prices, so it would be strange to hide the results. Here is the one client engagement we can evidence, in full.

A Winston-Salem HVAC and refrigeration contractor, on SEO with us: organic clicks +234.4% and top-10 ranking keywords +426.2%, measured in Google Search Console since engagement start, as of 14 August 2026.

And the part that belongs next to it: the growth has plateaued. Clicks peaked around 24 July 2026 at 2,486 for the month and stood at 1,886 on 14 August. What's holding the account now is technical and measured, not mysterious — largest contentful paint of 4,260ms against Google's 2,500ms "good" threshold, and 411 unindexed URLs against 268 indexed. A plateau on a real account is what work in progress looks like; a straight line to the top-right is what a sales deck looks like.

The client is unnamed here because we don't yet have written permission to use the name, and we don't print names we haven't cleared. It is one engagement, not a portfolio. Buy the retainer for what the method is, not for a case-study count we don't have.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does HVAC SEO cost with HVAC Foundry?

$2,500/mo, month-to-month, with GEO — the AI-search work — included rather than billed separately. A website build is $2,500 one-time or $250/mo over twelve months; AI answering is quoted per shop. Published market context: agencies average $3,209/mo per Ahrefs' provider survey, and the HVAC-niche published floor at Hook Agency is $2,800/mo before its separately-priced AEO line.

Do you require a contract?

No. Plans run month-to-month, cancel anytime. SEO compounds, so we'd rather earn month 7 than lock it in month 1 — and the 12-month contract you've been burned by before is exactly the model we built against.

Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No — and treat that as a feature. Nobody controls Google's rankings or which sources ChatGPT cites; an agency that guarantees either is guaranteeing something it doesn't control, which tells you how it treats the truth elsewhere. We measure AI-search visibility monthly and report the trend against your market. Evidence and measurement, not promises.

Why is GEO included instead of an add-on?

Because the buying behavior already moved. GEO (generative engine optimization — visibility in AI answers, not geography) is priced by others at $2,000-$4,000/mo on top of SEO; we treat it as half of one visibility job. What that work actually involves is on the GEO service page, and the SEO half lives on the HVAC SEO page.

What happens in the first month?

Technical audit and fixes, baseline rankings and AI-visibility measurement, and the 90-day plan delivered in week one — so month two starts with execution, not discovery. You see the same dashboard we do.

Can prices change after I sign up?

Your rate is locked while you're subscribed. If the rate card changes for new clients, existing clients stay on their price.
